Job Hunting Tips

Hi Assalamu Alaikum,
Some tips regarding job search;

1. Trust on Allah, U will definitely find good job one day.
2. Install linkedIn, naukrigulf and indeed app.
3. Make a strong profile mainly on LinkedIn. Write every inch of your success stories, degrees, about me session.
4. Make a STRONG CV focusing on your EXPERIENCES and upload on above websites/apps.
5. Search daily for jobs on indeed and naukrigulf apps.
6. For LinkedIn Follow/Connect Medical staffs including GPs, Specialists, Nurses and other paramedics of common interest.
7. Follow All hospitals/clinics pages on linkedIn and from there, Follow and Connect with HR recruiters of respective Hospitals/Clinics. Make sure to click the bell icon after following so that you may get the notification of every post.
8. Try to get in touch of recruiters by sending them inbox messages but it will be possible only when they accept your connection. So just don’t follow, send them connection too.
9. Try to send inbox messages to specialists too. Because they are the main persons who gonna interview you and they know vacancies. Consultants have others things to do. So Specialists can help and reply easily.
10. Search big hospitals and find career section on their website. Make good profile, upload CV, apply jobs on their career portal and do visit career regularly. Big Major hospitals only advertise on their website career.
11. When emailing your CV, do it on first 3 days of week early Morning 8:00am sharp. By doing so, your email will remain on top of email box. Don’t forget to resend if u still don’t get reply.
12. Try to write Cover letter separately for each job according to job title along with your strong experience and skills. HR will only see your CV if your cover letter matches the job demands.
13. Spread jobs to respective persons/groups. Don’t hesitate because if GOD has written this vacancy for you, it will definitely be yours sooner or later. No one can snatch it.
14. The last thing, try to avoid consultancy agencies. They are mostly frauds or having jobs of low standard clinics and less pay.
